Pacific Lights Inc Natural Led Palm Tree Warranty

Pacific Lights Inc. warrants all Electrical Lighted Palm Tree and their components for a period of 1 year from the date of sale for defects in materials or manufacture, excluding any defects of damage caused by improper installation, use of improper installation equipment, accessories or hardware not supplied by Pacific Lights Inc. and damage to the product and/or its components or function caused by incidental acts, events or conditions outside the control of Pacific Lights Inc.

Pacific Lights Inc. reserves the right to replace or repair any warranted part at its discretion. Any returned part is subject to inspection and final approval by Pacific Lights Inc. quality control staff member before any replacement or repair.

Inbound shipping costs of returned parts will be at the customer or dealer’s cost and are non-refundable. If the part is deemed to be defective by Pacific Lights Inc. the repaired or replacement part will be shipped back to the customer or dealer at Pacific Lights Inc. expense. If the part is found to be in good working condition or if the part is found not to be covered under this warranty for any reason, Pacific Lights Inc. will notify the customer and/or dealer of such determination and request instructions for further handling of this part.  Shipment of the unwarranted part back to the customer/dealer will only be at the customer/dealer’s expense, and any such unwarranted part not claimed by the customer within 30 days after notification by Pacific Lights Inc. shall become property of Pacific Lights Inc.

Pacific Lights Inc. palm tree warranty does not cover the cost of any additional labor costs incurred by the customer/dealer in connection with a damaged part or installation of a replacement part.  Pacific Lights Inc. expressly disclaims liability for any incidental or consequential damages or costs monetary or otherwise arising directly or indirectly from any defective part.

Pacific Lights Inc Coconut Lighted Palm Tree Warranty

Pacific Lights Inc. warrants all Electrical Lighted Palm Tree and their components for a period of 90  days year from the date of sale for defects in materials or manufacture, excluding any defects of damage caused by improper installation, use of improper installation equipment, accessories or hardware not supplied by Pacific Lights Inc. and damage to the product and/or its components or function caused by incidental acts, events or conditions outside the control of Pacific Lights Inc.

We stand behind our merchandise 100% regarding workmanship and defects. We will accept returns for items with defects due to manufacturing mistakes and shipping damage.

1. All returned items must be in the original packaging, and customer agrees to pay a 25% restocking charge.

2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be:

A. Unused and in the original packaging,
B. Have an RMA # from our accounting department,
C. Must be returned within 15 days of receipt,
D. We do not refund or accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

Damage During Shipping

When accepting delivery of the trees, if there is visible damage to the boxes, please note on delivery receipt: box or boxes damaged subject to inspection. Keep a copy of this receipt. This must be done for claim purposes with trucking company.

The boxes may be damaged but once you open them the trees may be fine. Most of the time if boxes are damaged the trees are not damaged. Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to file a claim and replace the damaged merchandise.
