your satisfaction with every order.
We guarantee our products,
and promises to deliver high-quality products, in good condition,
to your door. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory,
we will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding delivery
charges and a 25% restocking fee). Simply return your merchandise
with the original paperwork and packaging within 15 days of receiving
your order. We promise to process your request in a timely manner.
WARRANTIES
Our Coconut Lighted Palm Trees have a three (3) month warranty.
i.e. should a frond go out, due to normal use,we will replace
it. Acts of god, mother nature, animals and other problems, incorrect
installation, or other not related to normal use of our products
are not covered under our warranty, This does not cover buyers
remorse.
Our LED Natural Lighted Palm Trees ( Hooters LED Trees) are backed
by a 3 year FULL factory warranty. This trees warranty starts
the date of purchase and covers the following i.e. should a frond
go out, due to normal use,we will replace it. Acts of god, mother
nature, animals and other problems, incorrect installation, or
other not related to normal use of our products are not covered
under our warranty, This does not cover buyers remorse.
