What colors and sizes are available?
With all the options in lighted trees, you can create just the look you want in any space. The Natural LED Lighted Palm Tree is only available in green. It comes in 10’, 12’, 14’, 16’, 18’, and 20’. The Bottle Palm is 6’ tall. The Coconut Lighted Palm is available in green, yellow, red, orange, blue, and purple and heights of 9.8’, 10.4’, 12’, 16’, and 20’. Two sets of coconuts come with the all tree sizes except for the Bottle Palm.
Can the trees be left out all year?
The answer is yes and no! Yes, they are weather/wind resistant. There is a steel mast under the trunk cover and a steel crown where the fronds are attached. The fronds (branches) are made of a pliable plastic and are UV protected. If you live in a frigid climate, you may want to take them down for the winter. It is hard to predict Mother Nature. Heavy ice and snow could potentially damage the trees.
What are the electrical requirements?
All tree sizes – Bottle Palm, 10’, 12’, 16’, 18’. and 20’ are 110 volts. The LED bulbs use about 10% of the electricity of an incandescent bulb. The branches are the only part
of the Natural LED Lighted Palm Tree that light. The branches do not flash. They are
always on.
If one bulb burns out, does it affect the operation of the whole tree?
No, if one bulb burns out the rest will stay lit. If one bulb burns out, it probably will not be noticed. If a whole frond malfunctions, a replacement frond can be purchased.

Are the trees easy to install?
Yes! Trees are very easy to install. The anchor bolts come with the trees. The Bottle Palm is portable. The 10’, 12’ and 14’ trees can be mounted to a deck or a pier. The 16’, 18’ and 20’ trees must be anchored and cemented in the ground. A complete installation guide is provided with each tree.

Shipping varies depending on the size and weight of your order. We will get the best shipping rate available in your area.
How do I make a return?
We stand behind our merchandise regarding workmanship and defects.
1. All returned items must be in the original packaging, and customer agrees to pay a 25% restocking charge.
2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be:
A. Unused and in the original packaging,
B. Have an RMA # from our accounting department,
C. Must be returned within 15 days of receipt,
D. We do not refund or accept returns for buyer’s remorse!
