varies on the size and fragility of the item purchased.
example: Rope lighting is shipped via UPS ; Lighted Palms are
shipped via freight carrier.

Pacific Lights Inc, we will always work with you to ensure that
you receive your item in the safest, most economical and expedient
manner possible.
Please

type of delivery service other than listed above.
Return
Policy
We stand behind our merchandise 100% regarding workmanship and
defects.
1.
All returned items must be in the original packaging, and customer
agrees to pay a 25% restocking charge..
2. Any items returned for reasons other than
defects must be
A. Unused and in the original packaging,
B. Have a RMA# from our accounting department
C. Must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
D. We DO NOT REFUND OR ACCEPT RETURNS
FOR BUYERS REMORSE!!!!.

We will not give a credit or refund for unused merchandise.
4.
If you have received a defective item from us, return the item
and a copy of your invoice. Please inform us which you prefer:
a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.
For
orders that are damaged in shipping:
Make
sure that you have damage noted on the package at time of acceptance
with the carrier who is delivering your product. Then please
notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace
the damaged merchandised.
