Shipping varies on the size and weight of the item purchased. Lighted palms are shipped via freight carrier. We will get the best shipping quote we can to your area.

Return Policy - LED Lighted Palm Trees & Lighted Tiara Trees

We stand behind our merchandise 100% regarding workmanship and defects.

1. All returned items must be in the original packaging, and customer agrees to pay a 25% restocking charge.

2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be:

A. Unused and in the original packaging,
B. Have an RMA # from our accounting department,
C. Must be returned within 15 days of receipt,
D. We do not refund or accept returns for buyer’s remorse!

Damaged In Shipping - LED Lighted Palm Trees & Lighted Tiara Trees

IMPORTANT: WHEN ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF THE TREES, IF THERE IS VISIBLE DAMAGE TO THE BOXES, PLEASE NOTE ON DELIVERY RECEIPT: BOX OR BOXES DAMAGED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION. KEEP A COPY OF THIS RECEIPT. THIS MUST BE DONE FOR CLAIM PURPOSES WITH TRUCKING COMPANY.

THE BOXES MAY BE DAMAGED BUT ONCE YOU OPEN THEM THE TREES MAY BE FINE. MOST OF THE TIME IF BOXES ARE DAMAGED THE TREES ARE NOT DAMAGED.

Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to file a claim and replace the damaged merchandise.
